2. Products
Our specialty is handmade Senegalese fatayas (meat and vegetarian), prepared with fresh ingredients and served with your choice of spicy homemade tomato sauce or mild tomato sauce.
We also offer fried yam, a traditional West African delicacy.
Ingredients:
Fataya Dough:
Flour, butter, milk, salt, sugar
Filling (meat):
Potatoes, carrots, onions, peppers, beef, seasoning
Filling (vegetarian):
Same as above, without meat
Fried Yam:
Fresh yam, peeled, sliced, boiled, and deep-fried until golden.
Served with your choice of spicy or mild sauce.
Homemade sauces:
– Spicy: tomatoes, onions, salt, pepper, African chili
– Mild: same recipe without chili
Note: All meat used is halal.
3. Allergens & Intolerances
If you have any allergies or intolerances, please inform our staff before placing your order.

4. Orders
Orders can be placed through our website or platforms such as Uber Eats.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraud.
Changes or cancellations are only possible before food preparation begins.
5. Prices & Payments
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of ordering.
Accepted payment methods: credit card, Twint, PayPal, SumUp
All payments are securely processed by certified providers.
Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders remain valid.
6. Delivery
Delivery is available within Switzerland via Uber Eats or local couriers.
Pickup is available at: Maulbeerstrasse 32, 4058 Basel
Estimated delivery time: 30–60 minutes depending on your location
Please ensure the delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo.
If approved, a refund or redelivery will be arranged.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
8. Liability
Citybah Street Food is not liable for any indirect or consequential damage, delay, or loss resulting from the consumption of our products or third-party delivery.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights under Swiss law.
9. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Your personal data is used only to process your order and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
